I’ve spent the last 15+ years working with both on-premises infrastructure and cloud services, using Microsoft technologies such as Windows, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune. My background covers a bit of everything, from day to day user and app support to managing endpoints, infrastructure projects, and workplace tech like meeting rooms.

A great deal of knowledge is gathered through experience and dealing with real issues in production environments, as well as testing, experimenting, and learning in lab environments.
